These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeadIntel Edge ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at leadinteledge.com. By requesting free sample leads, purchasing leads, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

LeadIntel Edge is a per-lead business-to-business data service. We deliver commercial trucking insurance lead records — sourced from publicly available FMCSA filings on newly filed motor carrier authority applications — by email to licensed insurance agents and agencies. Delivery occurs on weekday mornings only. We do not deliver on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed insurance professional, or operate a legitimate insurance agency, to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of lead data will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Free Sample Leads

New customers may request five (5) free sample leads for a single state. No payment is required to receive samples. We do not collect or store a payment method to issue them, and there is no automatic conversion to a paid arrangement after the samples are delivered.

• Samples are delivered as new motor carriers file in your selected state. In higher-volume states this may happen the same morning. In lower-volume states it may take several business days for five new filings to occur.
• Sample leads carry the same exclusivity, validation, and delivery treatment as paid leads — they are real records, not demo data.
• One free sample offer per agency.

4. Per-Lead Billing

After your free samples, any continued lead delivery is purchased on a per-lead basis. You pay only for the leads you choose to purchase. There is no monthly fee, no recurring charge, no platform fee, and no auto-billing of any kind. We do not store a payment method on file for future automatic charges.

Specific per-lead pricing is communicated directly to you when you request continued leads. Pricing is not posted publicly.

5. Refunds

Leads are non-refundable once delivered. Because each lead is exclusive and assigned only to you, we cannot resell a delivered lead, so payment for any delivered lead is final. If a delivered lead's primary phone and primary email both fail validation, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and we will replace it with another lead at no charge. Replacement is the sole remedy for a defective lead — we do not issue cash refunds for delivered leads.

6. Exclusivity

Each lead is assigned to a single customer in the relevant state and is not delivered to anyone else. We do not resell, redistribute, or share delivered leads with any other customer, and we do not re-send the same lead under a different label later. One agent per lead. The exclusivity of each delivered lead is the core of what you are paying for.

7. Use of Lead Data

Lead data is sourced from publicly available FMCSA filings and is provided for professional use by licensed insurance agents. By receiving and using lead data, you agree to:

• Use the data only for lawful business purposes consistent with your professional license
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing telephone, text, and email outreach — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state Do-Not-Call regulations, and any other rules applicable to your contact methods
• Not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share delivered lead data with any third party outside your agency
• Not use lead data to build, train, or improve any competing lead-generation product, dataset, or AI model
• Not use lead data to contact individuals for purposes unrelated to commercial trucking insurance

You are solely responsible for compliance with calling, texting, and email regulations when you contact leads. We do not screen, scrub, or warrant the contact preferences of any individual on a lead record.

8. Data Accuracy

Lead records are sourced from FMCSA filings made available to the public. We enrich each record with available contact information and validate phone and email deliverability before delivery to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or timeliness of any individual record. FMCSA filings may contain errors, outdated information, or processing delays that are outside our control. Contact-information enrichment is provided on a best-effort basis.

9. No Warranty of Outcomes

The service delivers contact data, not sales. We make no representation or warranty about the insurability, conversion potential, or commercial value of any lead. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your sales process, market conditions, carrier appetite, and the carrier's own decisions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. How to Stop Receiving Leads

You may stop receiving leads at any time by emailing moses@leadinteledge.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no recurring charge to cancel. Because billing is per-lead and nothing is auto-charged, stopping is simply: we receive your email and stop sending new leads. Any leads you've already purchased and received remain yours.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service or lead data to:

• Harass, intimidate, or engage in unlawful contact with any individual
• Violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Build, train, or improve any automated system, AI model, or competing data product using delivered leads
• Circumvent the one-agent-per-lead exclusivity model through any means

Violation of these prohibitions is grounds for immediate termination of service and, where applicable, legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadIntel Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or the lead data — including lost profits, lost business, or failed sales outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for leads in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a customer relationship at any time, including for violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Because no recurring charges are in place, termination simply means we stop accepting new lead requests from you.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadIntel Edge regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
